Transport, Export and Loading

We arrange worldwide shipping, delivering directly from our yard to your door — always meeting DEFRA’s high export standards.

We handle all loading ourselves and can also arrange delivery within the UK and Ireland for a fee based on distance or to UK port.

All prices are ex-yard. Delivery can be arranged within the UK and Ireland for an additional fee, dependent on distance.

All orders must be sent by email so we have a record of your enquiry and purchase.
You must provide a valid VAT/ TAX number, including the two-letter country code. All VAT numbers will be verified.
First-time export customers are required to pay VAT upfront. This will be refunded once we receive all the correct export documents (see below).
A CMR (consignment note) must be supplied when collecting from our yard.
Once the machine arrives in your country, you must email us a copy of the same CMR, stamped and signed in the “Goods Received” box, along with a copy of your shipping or ferry invoice.
This provides proof that the machine has reached its destination.
We must have your registered business name, address, email, and contact details.
All required documents must be received within one month of the original collection date.
If you cannot provide the above documentation, we will be unable to process your export order.
