Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon collection, delivery, or payment in full, whichever occurs first.
CREDIT TERMS
Hire, Parts and Service
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all invoices must be paid in full upfront from the date of invoice.
Tractors and Machinery (UK)
A minimum deposit of 20% is required upon receipt of invoice before any workshop preparation, inspection, or work is undertaken.
Preparation work will be carried out as promptly as possible. During busy periods, customers are asked to allow reasonable time to ensure work is completed to a high professional standard.
Once preparation is complete, the customer will be notified and the remaining balance must be paid in full prior to collection or delivery. Where agreed, GSH Machinery can assist with arranging transport.
RETENTION OF TITLE
All goods supplied shall remain the property of GSH Machinery until payment has been received in full and cleared funds are confirmed.
PAYMENT & CURRENCY
All payments must be made in Pound Sterling (GBP).
Payment by bank transfer is preferred. The customer is responsible for any bank charges incurred.
Customers are strongly advised to verify bank details directly with GSH Machinery before making payment. Where appropriate, a small test payment is recommended prior to transferring the full balance.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
Any account outstanding beyond agreed payment terms may be referred to external debt collection agents. Outstanding balances may be subject to a surcharge of up to 10%, in addition to any costs incurred in recovering the debt.
WARRANTY
Any warranty offered must be agreed at the point of sale and clearly stated on the invoice.
All warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period to your GSH Machinery sales contact.
GSH Machinery reserves the right to carry out any warranty work at its own premises. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all transport costs associated with warranty work are the responsibility of the customer.
COMPLAINTS
Any queries or complaints relating to an invoice, transaction, or supplied goods must be raised immediately with your GSH Machinery sales representative.
